Empowering the Next Generation of STEAM Innovators
The Opportunity
What began as a bold vision to inspire and support young people to change the world will continue to evolve into an intergenerational impact with a growing tribe of supporters. From leading action on bullying to raising conversations around social media etiquette, tackling the mental health crisis, building the next generation of purpose-driven businesses, and creating more inclusive communities – we encourage children to dream big and push boundaries to make a positive difference.
We are a 501(c)(3) youth development organization that touches the lives of thousands of teens via our four core program areas: education, health, safety, and the arts. We utilize a holistic approach to deliver our mission of celebrating youth, confronting barriers, and building bridges. We strive to facilitate the discovery of teens’ true talents, interests, and potential for a bright future.
Thanks to the generosity and support of our previous sponsors, we have invested in numerous life-changing opportunities and awarded scholarships and funding. Our coalition of staff, volunteers, and community and corporate supporters are youth champions committed to building the next generation of leaders. The combined ripple effect of this work is huge, and it’s exciting to think about what we can achieve over the next decade!
As we look forward, one thing is certain – we’re at an inflection point in human history. The call for leadership has never been greater. We’re grateful to have some incredible partners and supporters around us, who share our vision and values, and are just as driven by the enormous opportunity that is our collective future.
We invite you to join our movement and partner with us for our 1st Annual Teen Summit. Select a sponsorship package and promote your business, product, or service to our diverse audiences. In addition to demonstrating corporate responsibility, your sponsorship is an investment in the young people who will inherit and advance our shared destiny.
The future is ours to create.

J250 Teen Summit
September 8-10, 2023 | Dallas, TX
Who can participate:
250 students (8th graders- high school seniors)
Teens will gather to explore the Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) industry, be exposed to new concepts in mental health, and entrepreneurship, and unleash creative solutions to make the world a better place. The event will focus on engaging youth to obtain knowledge first hand rather than just read about it. Our program approach allows the individual to see themselves thriving and belonging in careers giving them superiority over their future through education.
This three-day Summit will include inspirational speakers, interactive breakout sessions, networking, fun activities, performances & more. Teens will have the opportunity to make their voices heard, build connections with their peers, and learn how to make a meaningful difference in their community in a welcoming and safe environment.
